Our factory is a leader in the production of helical and disc springs in Ukraine for various industries and the national economy.
The company’s product range includes thousands of items of springs of various shapes, sizes and applications, and is constantly expanding, following market requirements. Production of springs according to drawings available in the enterprise database, customer drawings, according to a sample or parameters.
We have organized the production of springs for railway rolling stock: diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, freight and passenger cars, dumpcars, hopper cars, pig iron carriers, pellet carriers, quenching cars, mine electric locomotives, trolleys, etc.
Springs for heavy engineering, metallurgical and coke-chemical industries, mining equipment, agricultural machinery, elevator equipment, pipeline suspension springs, vibrating screen springs, crushers, vibrating screens, trampoline springs, springs for children’s playgrounds, jackhammer springs, protective spirals for high pressure hoses, etc.
We produce cylindrical compression, tension, torsion springs of any geometric sizes and configurations, from a circle with a diameter of 0.5 to 50 mm, according to drawings available in the enterprise database, customer drawings or according to a sample.
The company also manufactures disc springs, flat springs – from various steel grades, with a thickness of 1 to 24 mm.
We are members of the Institute of Spring Technology (IST, UK). We provide expert consulting in spring testing and manufacturing technologies, and actively participate in educational programs and research initiatives focused on the use of advanced metals and alloys for high-performance springs and spring components.

Equipment
Springs for various non-standard, specialized and experimental equipment, from a single piece to serial batches.
Products are manufactured on modern equipment from high-quality hot-rolled and calibrated spring steel according to EN 10270 produced in Germany, Italy, Turkey. Also in our production we use spring bars and wires of grades 60С2А, 50ХФА, 60С2ХФА, 65Г, 30Х13, 40Х13, 12Х18Н10Т and others. By agreement with the customer, various types of coatings are applied to the springs: PF-115 enamel, aluminum powder varnish, galvanizing c9xr – c30xr (white, rainbow) and others.
Quality
Product quality and compliance with technological parameters are guaranteed by mandatory tests and technical control, both during production and finished products before shipment to the client. Products comply with the requirements of GOSTs, design and regulatory documentation.
We offer delivery of the above positions in the shortest possible time, with the highest quality and on the most favorable terms.
Production
Per month, our enterprise produces more than 200 types of springs.
Output of finished products per month – more than 58 tons.
There is always a stock of raw materials in stock, both domestic and foreign production, in the amount of at least 60 tons.
