The plant for the production of springs offers from stock and on individual orders springs for baby rockers.
In the production of springs, our company uses high-quality European steel EN-10270-SH and steel 60S2A, winding and grinding of the ends takes place on modern CNC machines, which allows us to achieve high quality and repeatability of products. Each spring is quenched in a polymer liquid to make the steel hard and resilient, after which it is subjected to low-temperature tempering to remove embrittlement, which in turn gives the rocker spring maximum strength and elasticity.
And only after testing the springs for deformation, they are sent to playgrounds in neighboring countries.
Also, our company will make any springs according to the customer’s samples and drawings.
